Pre-paid tickets are transferrable provided changed contact details are confirmed with gate attendants on arrival at the Show (due to COVID-safe requirements).

For Pavilion and Main (livestock) sections, the best person to ask is the Chief Steward of the section/sections of interest. Their contact details are listed in the Show Schedule or Program. For questions regarding Rings A, B and C in the horse program, please contact the Ringmaster or inquire through Walgett Show Office.

Walgett Shire Council is the Reserve Trustee of Walgett Racecourse and Showground and can be contacted during business hours on 02) 6828 1399. There is a caretaker at the Showground.
